1/2 cup frozen pineapple,
diced 1/2 mug frozen mango
1 banana,
1 tsp grated ginger
Tuesday-- Orange Smoothie
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 mug vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tiny orange,
peeled as well as frozen 1/2 peach,
peeled off and diced 1 carrot,
Wednesday-- Red Smoothie
1/4 mug almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 mug icy raspberries
1/2 mug frozen strawberries
1/2 cup icy watermelon
Thursday-- Purple Smoothie
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 mug icy blackberries
1/2 mug icy blueberries
1/4 mug cherries,
Friday-- Green Smoothie
1/2 mug orange juice
1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 avocado, peeled off 2 kiwis,
peeled 1 handful of baby spinach
